Barnet AAU

The new Adult Assessment Unit (AAU) has been created from the re-use of the vacated day surgery unit with the PFI hospital. The new facility supports the ED department efficiencies whilst re using space in a cost effective manner.

The facility creates 38 short term beds based on extensive clinical team consultation to ensure effective staff time and patient safety. The fit out provides a light modern environment in which to provide patient care.
